Jill was a close colleague for approximately 4 years during which time we worked together mainly on maintaining and improving the Quality Management System. By training and hard work Jill obtained a detailed knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 requirements in a short period of time. Jill was involved with all aspects of the QM system and through this Jill achieved a clear knowledge of what is required for a successful quality system and how this can greatly improve a business if implemented correctly.
