HOW WE CAN HELP
It is envisaged that the majority of services provided will have reasonable lead times. VABS contracts to provide the required services by the agreed dates.
It is anticipated that clients will agree to make contact with VABS by either text or email. This way a client can send a request when it suits them and expect a reply within, say, 12 hours. Clients, by the very nature of how they work, may not be in a position to deal with a live response.
Where a more urgent reply is needed a client can flag that the request requires a prompt response.
The very nature of the services offered will produce differing rates; varying in relation to whether services are provided from the Standard or Specialist groups.
